The Berry
Georgia summers give our blackberries something special — long, slow days of warm sunlight that coax out a depth of sweetness you simply cannot rush. Every berry on our farm is left on the vine until it reaches peak ripeness, darkening to a deep, glossy black before a single one is picked.
The Process
No machines, no shortcuts. Clinton walks every row by hand, selecting only the berries that are ready — and leaving the rest to finish on the vine. It takes more time, but the difference is undeniable. You taste the care in every bite, and nothing goes to waste before its moment.

Marietta's red clay soil is rich in minerals and drains beautifully — conditions blackberries love. We farm the way the land asks us to: no pesticides, no synthetic inputs, just thoughtful stewardship of soil that has been growing things in Georgia for generations. This place is the ingredient.
